I captured this man’s photo in Mekelle city, “Romanat” square. I was there to do my assignment and suddenly he captured my attention. He is totally naked.

 In fact it is not a new thing to see an insane man on street especially for Ethiopians but I always wonder that why they got in to this ugly life? Who is the responsible? What make them to act this way? What should we do to halt this?  They are our people, it is so pity to see them like this and when I think about them I always become sad what is the responsibility of government in this case? It damaging the image of our country.

  Nowadays it is a habitual situation to see crazy person on streets.  It is dangerous because not only for themselves but for our peace and security. I think it needs more attention from the government they are not treating as citizens the government should do a lot of home work.
